About me and my therapy practice

Welcome – I’m here to listen, support, and guide you towards healing.

My name is Rebecca, and I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive training in psychodynamic, gestalt, person-centred, integrative, and relational psychotherapy.

I understand that seeking counselling can feel like a big step, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or lost. It’s important to find the right person to talk to — someone who listens without judgment, offers a safe space, and helps you feel supported.

Using a blend of psychodynamic, gestalt, and person-centred therapies, I take an integrative approach, adapting the work to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking for short-term counselling or deeper long-term therapy, I’m here to help.

  • Gestalt: We’ll focus on being fully present in the moment, tuning into your current experiences, feelings, and sensations.

  • Relational Psychotherapy: Building a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of my work with you. Our relationship is the foundation for your healing and growth.
