About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel heavy when emotions, past experiences, or patterns keep you from living the way you want. I’m here to offer a space where you can be yourself - without judgment - and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from different approaches to fit your unique needs. This means we’ll look at your experiences and relationships through a humanistic lens, focusing on the whole of who you are. I also work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you understand the different parts of yourself, those holding onto pain, fear, or habits that no longer serve you - and gently work toward healing and change.

We’ll move at your pace, whether you want to explore overwhelming emotions, break old patterns, or just figure out why life feels off. Therapy with me is about connection and collaboration, finding what works for you and walking alongside you as you rediscover who you truly are.

If you’re ready to untangle what’s holding you back, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

You’re not alone. My practice offers a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and begin to unpack what’s going on inside. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you understand yourself better, and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

Our sessions are designed to meet your needs. I offer flexible scheduling for both in-person and online therapy, creating a space where you feel comfortable opening up and exploring what you’re facing. My aim is to help you find clarity, relief, and a greater sense of connection to yourself.

My first session

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and start building a foundation of trust and understanding. We'll talk about your hopes for therapy, explore a bit of your history, and discuss any patterns or challenges you’d like to work on.

This session also includes some gentle contracting and assessment to ensure we’re working in a way that feels safe and supportive for you. While I bring a flexible approach to this process, focusing on your comfort is my priority—there’s no pressure to dive into anything you’re not ready to explore.

The first session is about creating space for you to share what feels important, helping you feel heard, and setting the tone for how we’ll work together moving forward.

My first session

Not sure if therapy is right for you?

I offer a free 20 minute introductory session to give us a chance to meet and see if we’re a good fit. This session is completely commitment-free - just a relaxed, open conversation where we can explore your needs and what you’re looking for in therapy.

During this time, we’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, any questions you have, and what you hope to get out of the process. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident in your choice of therapist, and this session allows you to test the waters.

If you decide to continue, our first full session will go deeper into what’s going on for you. We’ll explore your current challenges and set some goals to guide our work together. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming emotions, trauma, or just want to get unstuck, I’m here to support you in exploring these feelings at your own pace.
