About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Bea. As a qualified integrative therapist, I can help with a wide range of issues that you might be dealing with such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, bereavement, low self-esteem and confidence, and problems with family or relationships. Together we can work on developing coping strategies, finding self-acceptance and new ways to move forward.
​You might be looking for help with a specific issue or struggling with a general sense of sadness or dissatisfaction, either way my priority is that you have a non-judgemental place to express yourself, feel heard, and ultimately find new ways to move forward.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation, on the phone or online, where you can tell me what you are looking for from therapy and ask questions. After that call if you want to move forward we can set up an initial session to meet. I understand that the first step to seeking therapy can be hard, but I will do my best to make this as easy as possible for you.
Practice description
This is how we might work together
Step 1: Enquiry
I am happy to talk through questions and offer a free 15 minute call or zoom. If you want to proceed we can arrange a full session.
Step 2: Initial session
This first session gives you the chance to explain your situation and see how you feel in therapy. There is no pressure to start regular sessions beyond this point.
Step 3: Continuing therapy
If you want to continue we would meet weekly on the same time and day for 50 mins. I offer short or long term therapy, which you can end whenever you wish.
My first session
The first session that I offer is a chance for us to meet and for you to tell me about yourself and what you are looking for in therapy. It is an opportunity to see if you would like to go forward with regular sessions and there is no obligation to continue.
I can’t stress enough - we will take this slowly and in a warm, supportive environment.
