About me and my therapy practice

There are many reasons why you may be considering counselling. You may be feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, not in control or that you are experiencing a crisis. Maybe you feel you have reached a point in your life where you need to make a change.

I offer a calm, relaxed, non-judgemental space where we can work together to unravel what is going on.

This might be from things happening now, or from experiences in your past that are impacting you today. Together, we can explore your emotions; experiences; patterns of behaviour; ways of being in relationships and long-held beliefs that may be holding you back.

By gaining insight and increasing your awareness you can begin to make meaningful changes in your life and to move forward in a different way.

Practice description

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I use a range of therapeutic approaches, which I tailor to your specific needs and circumstances.

I have worked with a wide range of issues such as trauma; anxiety; depression; low self-esteem; exploring sexuality; attachment; relationship issues; work issues and loss. I have a particular interest in working with people who have had an abortion, and the complex feelings that can arise afterwards.

I have worked in a range of counselling services, including Mind, and in a London university counselling service.
