Hello, my name is Lindsay, and I understand that life can present a variety of challenges, which can often feel overwhelming. To help navigate through these difficulties, I employ an integrative therapeutic approach that blends techniques from various modalities, particularly humanistic and psychodynamic. This approach acknowledges that our past relationships, experiences, and ways of thinking impact us in the present, allowing me to provide the most effective and personalised care.
Practice description
My practice is dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative environment that fosters authenticity, encourages challenge, and includes the occasional touch of humour when appropriate. I specialise in exploring relationships, addressing communication challenges, conflicts, intimacy issues, family dynamics, and self-improvement.
With a compassionate, non-judgmental, client-centred approach, I strive to create an inclusive, respectful, and, of course, confidential space for all my clients.
