Hi i'm Jon, a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people and believes that the relationship between therapist and client is of great importance in order for therapy to successful.

My approach is integrative, which means I draws on different theoretical orientations and styles and so is therefore able to tailor therapy to each individual’s specific needs.

I provide a warm, friendly environment where I will listen with sensitivity and empathy. Working collaboratively we will help you explore and understand your concerns to in order for you to reach your therapy goals. I offer experience in both short-term and long-term therapy depending on the issues a client wishes to explore.

I have a background of working in both acute and community mental health settings and currently works part-time in private practice.
