- I am an integrative therapist which means I use a variety of approaches. This tool kit allows me to provide a personalised therapeutic plan for each individual’s journey.
- My integrative and adaptive style ensures we work collaboratively and openly to suit your needs, at your pace.
- I am also supportive, non-judgmental and guide you to explore what may be happening with empathy and gentle challenges when you are ready.
- We will piece together the different parts of your life for a holistic view towards healing, growth, change, and or acceptance.
- We will look at strategies for you to cope, find understanding and new ways forward.
Finding the right therapist can be hard

You will feel safe to express during your sessions how you feel about their style so that the therapist can adapt or guide you to a more fitting service. - When we meet, it is about you and your needs. I will offer an honest, gentle and direct approach whilst we create a confidential therapeutic environment together where you will feel free to be utterly yourself.
- In our first session we will assess your needs, understand your background and explore how we can work together.
- We will have a working agreement. This will depend on your circumstances and what you need from me. It will include how we interact, the length of sessions, where, when we meet, how we deal with emergencies amongst many other matters, some specific to you.
