About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals who are grappling with anxiety and the challenges of change, helping them make sense of unhelpful behaviours and habits. My therapeutic approach deeply influences my open, non-judgemental nature and a keen interest in understanding how broader systems impact our lives. This perspective allows me to create a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their concerns, whatever they may be.
I hold an MSc in Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, providing a solid foundation in theoretical and practical mental health support. I am also a qualified leadership and executive coach.
Practice description
My practice is rooted in a person-centred approach, which means I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment. I work with you at the centre of the relationship and will bring in a range of humanistic and psychological approaches if required.
Sense-making and reflection are the cornerstones of my work. You hold the answers within yourself, and my role is to support you in gaining awareness and clarity. Together, we will identify your internal resources and provide a space to develop strong communication around your feelings and needs. This will be facilitated in a brave, non-judgemental, and empathetic environment.
My first session
I offer our first meeting as a complimentary 30-minute session to discover if we are a good fit for each other. During this session, we'll talk about your expectations from therapy and the issues you'd like to address. Before our meeting, you will receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your needs.
