About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling run down, overwhelmed, and exhausted? You may be finding it difficult to manage feelings of stress, and struggling to keep up with your day to day tasks.
Hi, I’m Olivia, and my focus is to support people who are experiencing symptoms of burnout. It could be that your mood is lower than usual, you are struggling to sleep, concentration is difficult, and your brain may feel foggy. Perhaps you are experiencing a deep and unrelenting feeling of tiredness that rest doesn't seem to resolve. If you are feeling this way, you are not alone. I am here to support you, and my hope is that together we can uncover the underlying cause(s) and move towards positive change.
My approach is rooted in empathy and active listening, providing a space where you can feel fully supported and understood. In our time together, we will explore what’s weighing on you, allowing space for greater clarity and relief from overwhelm. Our sessions will offer you the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and reflect on what matters most to you, all within a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Through this process, you may begin to feel more grounded and present in your daily life.
I have an interest in working with individuals who have ADHD and/or a chronic illness due to my personal experience with both. I recognise the role ADHD plays in burnout, as well as the overlap between burnout symptoms and some chronic illness symptoms. However, this is not a requirement to work with me.
If you are interested, a short telephone consultation is available free of charge to see if we are a good fit. This can be arranged via email.
I look forward to hearing from you.
