About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person Centred Counsellor, so I will facilitate you to take an active part in therapy sessions, while acting as a guide and support for you.

As a person centred therapist I believe that  your own experiences are more valid than the ideas of any other person.

I will help you explore your experiences in a safe,  positive supportive environment. This  aims to aid stress, anxiety and depression and so improve  mental health, using patience and  a non-judgemental approach with empathy during sessions.

I aim to positively encourage you  in your journey  and provide you  with deeper insights to understand complex situations while enhancing your  ability to resolve and gain lifelong independence and autonomy.

Practice description

I'm  Registered Member of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ. I work in line with their Ethical Code of Conduct for good practice, and I have tailored my approach to work in a way that leaves you feeling comfortable and safe. I will support you in making your own decisions and help you gain a better understanding of yourself, and your situation.

I will offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your issues in your own time and at your own pace. I work from the heart bringing the qualities of a congruent, mindful and compassionate presence to therapeutic relationship.

My first session

I offer a free 10/15 minutes consultation, where we can both find out little bit about one another, as I feel this will help us decide whether we are compatible

At our Initial full session which will be 50 minutes, I will go through an Agreement before we start counselling, so you are fully aware of the boundaries and you know the timing, cost, and limit of confidentiality.

I will also send you a copy and I ask  you please take some time to read it carefully as it will help to assist in our work together. If there is anything that you are not sure about or anything you feel I may have missed, please let me know.

About me and my therapy practice

I'm a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered Person-Centred Counsellor and I believe counselling is a journey of self-discovery and personal development that is a continual process both during and after therapy has taken place.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family issues or everyday life, feeling like you are juggling everything on your shoulders and there is no way out, or you are feeling like loads of tabs have been opened at once, and you can't seem to close them and leaves you with feeling like an elephant has its feet on your chest.

I provide a safe space, free from judgement, where you can be yourself and explore any issues that may be causing you confusion, discomfort or distress. You will decide what we talk about and we will always work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
