My therapy practice is perfect for both adults and couples. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other talking therapies, I’ll create a custom treatment approach based solely on your needs.
We’ll talk through what’s working and what isn’t. And this collaborative environment helps you take more control over your recovery, feeling empowered to challenge negativity in all its forms so you can drive positive change as a couple or as an individual.
While the core of my practice focuses on CBT, I’m willing and dedicated to using the correct approach for your unique needs. As such, we may look to apply a mix of mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), as appropriate. My goal is to promote life-long healing, self-awareness and self-esteem by empowering you to take control of your life.
Because I offer sessions online and in-person, it’s easier than ever to work therapy into your schedule. That means, there’s no reason to put off the life changes you need.
