I offer flexible session times to suit your schedule, with availability on weekdays during the following times:

Morning Sessions: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Afternoon Sessions: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Evening Sessions: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

As a humanistic integrative counsellor, I merge various therapeutic modalities to offer you comprehensive and tailored support. This approach empowers you to recognize your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate self-compassion. • Psychodynamic Approach

I explore both unconscious and conscious aspects of your childhood experiences, uncovering underlying patterns and core beliefs that may be contributing to your current struggles. By understanding how early experiences shape present-day behaviours and relationships, you can break free from maladaptive patterns and foster emotional resilience. This insight helps you make more intentional decisions, leading to greater emotional freedom and well-being.

• CBT, Mindfulness, and Breathwork

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session will involve getting to know you, your background, and your current concerns. We will discuss your goals for therapy and begin to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. You will have the opportunity to talk freely, and I will be there to listen, providing a safe and compassionate space.

I will also explain the different therapeutic approaches we might use and how they can help you. By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of how we can work together to achieve your personal goals and improve your overall well-being.
