Practice description
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, active listening and a non-judgmental attitude. I create a safe, supportive space, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns openly.
Being an integrative counsellor, I incorporate elements of Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioral therapies, as well as Transactional Analysis. These models allow me to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.

My first session
What I normally do in the first instance is arrange a 15 minute telephone call so that we can discuss in a little more detail what you are bringing to counselling and what you are hoping to get out of it.
