I currently have availability during the day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I can occasionally offer early evening sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello

I'm Sally and I am a counsellor based in both Bishops Cleeve (north of Cheltenham) and central Evesham.

I work with adults and young people (10+), in person and online.

I use an integrative approach, which means I may draw on your childhood and upbringing to help understand why you may be feeling the way you do, and then focus on how this impacts your day-to-day living. I aim to offer a trusted relationship that allows you to feel safe and open with me. I want to support your healing journey, and may also help you to grow by working alongside you.

Practice description

I have therapy rooms in either Bishops Cleeve (north of Cheltenham) or in central Evesham, Worcestershire.

Both therapy rooms have nearby free parking.

I also offer sessions online.

My first session

I offer a no obligation free 15minutes introductory call. During this we can discuss what brings you to counselling and explore how we might work together.
