About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Chloe and I am a person centred counsellor based in Wigan. Person centred counselling is a non directive therapy which means I am led by you, the client. I provide a safe space for clients and offer empathy, authenticity and non judgement. I believe you are the expert in your life, my role is to meet you in your struggles and help you to understand and navigate your feelings, thoughts and experiences. I will walk beside you at your pace to wherever feels comfortable.

Practice description

I currently run my private practice from home and can offer face to face, online or telephone sessions. I offer open ended sessions and each session will last 60 minutes. I do offer a free 20 minute initial session, this is a chance to meet me and to establish if I am the right therapist for you.

My first session

The first session will include discussing the working contract, sharing your goals/expectations and building a rapport and trust.
