About me and my therapy practice
I offer face to face counselling at All Ears Centre in Carmarthen. I also offer telephone counselling if that is preferred.
Practice description
Counselling is a chance for you to talk about what is troubling you, for me to listen, and for us to work together at your pace to explore how we can reach your goals.
Using an Integrative Framework, I provide a non-judgemental. empathetic and understanding approach to counselling, where you can feel comfortable to express your issues in a calm, safe and caring environment. I am also trained in working with neurodivergent clients.
I offer the opportunity for you to feel free to be yourself, feeling both heard and listened to. You can confidentially discuss past and present difficulties and gain awareness and understanding about unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours to bring about change. The objective of working together is to help you overcome your symptoms and recover.
