About me and my therapy practice
I have over 14 years of counselling experience and support clients who may be experiencing a range of issues including relationships, depression, anxiety and trauma.
I specialise in working with neurodivergent clients. I successfully completed a PGCert in Autism and Asperger Syndrome from Sheffield Hallam in January 2020 and currently work as a lead Counsellor at the Autism Hub, Islington.
I am trained as an integrative counsellor and work in a person-centred way to support clients to explore whatever difficulties they are facing in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I have completed Internal Family Systems Levels 1 and 2.
I am based in Brighton and see clients face to face near Queens Park, Preston Park and I also work online via Zoom.

Practice description
Some clients come to counselling as they wish to explore whether they may be neurodivergent prior to seeking diagnosis or when they are on a waiting list to be assessed. I also work with clients after they have received a diagnosis so we can explore what it means to them to be neurodivergent and how to integrate this new information into their personal experience. I work with parents of neurodivergent children, of any age, and neurotypical adults who would like to better understand their relationship with their neurodivergent partner.
I welcome clients who wish to work using a transpersonal psychological approach towards personal growth which may include discussing spirituality and faith.
I am a Specialist Autism Employment Mentor and Consultant. I work with clients and companies privately or via the Access to Work Scheme. As a Specialist Mentor at Brighton University, I support young adults with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and mental health conditions to achieve their full academic potential.
