About me and my therapy practice
Welcome
Taking the first step to speak to someone can feel daunting, and it’s completely natural to feel some discomfort when discussing difficult emotions. However, starting this journey is an important step toward healing and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (BSc Hons) based in Norwich. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic theories, allowing me to tailor our work to suit your individual needs. I recognise that each person is unique, and what works for one may not work for another.

My first session
In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive and compassionate environment to bring any issue you wish to explore. As a sensitive and experienced listener, I work collaboratively with you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your needs. I believe that greater self-awareness and acceptance empowers us to make choices that are more meaningful and live in a way that feels true to ourselves. While the process of self-discovery can be challenging at times, with collaboration and support, it can also be deeply rewarding and transformative.
