Availability

I am available weekdays all day until 8pm in the evening for online sessions with anyone who speak the English language where ever you may be.

Face to Face meetings can be arranged locally in St Helens Town Center. 

Telephone counselling is available once we have had our initial chat and assessed if this is suitable

I work to suit you so weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as and when session as all available.

Once contacted I will arrange a free 20 minute chat to see if we are a good comfortable fit.  It's important you know who I am so that you can trust me and consider sharing your inner world with me free from judgement in a safe place

Practice description

I work to suit you so weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as and when session are all available which is at your pace so you feel you have the space to get it all out if that's what is needed or take your time

I work online for English speaking people where ever you are + face to face in St Helens + telephone depending on initial chat

No inner struggle is insignificant, everyone is unique and deserves the space to feel heard and not judged

鈥婽he counselling process is unique for each individual however here is what you can expect

Firstly we have a 20 minute free chat to see if we are a good fit

Secondly, we go through a working agreement so we are both fully aware of confidentiality, expectations and any goals you may have.  Here we get to know each other and outline why you are there. I ease you in with a reassuring welcome and some gentle questions that will allow you to start telling your story in a safe place

Then, if we are right for each other, we will start to form a  connection based on trust, respect and openness which will greatly enhance the possibility of a positive result

This leads to deeper discovery. Together we challenge the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back. We unravel and unpick how you view yourself and your beliefs that perhaps you thought were set in stone

Finally, success will show as a freed and enlightened perspective of yourself and the world/people around you

A fresh possibility restored for a future with knowledge and understanding of what is your unique version of right and wrong

My first session

Once you make contact we can book in for an free 20 minute consultation to see if I am the right choice for you, after this we can arrange our first session

Once agreed you will receive confirmation of our session with a link for meeting online or details of our location for face to face, along with this will be our working agreement which covers what to expect plus payment and cancellation policy

We will spend 50-60 minutes together during our sessions and book in each time for the next one. If working online please choose a place that is private where you can relax in a quiet space

I carry out a review form which is a widely used multiple choice questionnaire to give an indication of where you are up to at that time. We will revisit this form from time to time to look for change.

Prices are face to face 拢45 or 拢35 for concessions / Online is 拢35 or 拢25 for concessions.

Concessions are those in receipt of benefits, students or trainees
