Hi I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, working with adults and teenagers in Birmingham.

I create a safe and supportive environment to help you explore how you make sense of the world, respecting your perspective while also experimenting with new ways of thinking and being. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that have shaped your life and explore ways to help you live more fully.
I believe in empowering you and meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. My aim as a therapist support you in exploring your personal patterns of relating to yourself, others, and the world. I hope reading a bit about my approach will help you in finding the right support for your needs.
Practice description
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, working with adults and teenagers in both private practice and for an organisation in the city centre that offers talking therapies. With 15 years of experience in educational settings, I have supported student well-being and mental health extensively.
I hold an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Newman University, providing me with a strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and CBT.
My practice is grounded in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients, enabling you to explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace. Allowing for self-discovery and growth in a safe environment.
My first session
In our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and what you hoping for from the sessions. This may involve setting goals to work towards. However, if goals feel overwhelming, we can use the space to reflect and address issues at your own pace, focusing on your needs as they arise. These sessions are for you, and my role is to facilitate the space you need to gain awareness and understanding of your self and your needs.
