About me and my therapy practice
As a client-led therapist, I am guided by you the client. These are your sessions, and I am here to support you. By having someone that can listen fully to you, supporting you to find your understanding, you can regain your confidence to manage daily life effectively.
I am an integrative counsellor with person-centred therapy at the core of my work. My main focus of my work is creating a safe environment when you feel listened to, so you can feel more comfortable to discuss what is bringing you to counselling. Whether you just want a space to breakdown how you are feeling or are looking for new techniques to help you cope better, I can help you on your counselling journey to meet your desired goals.
