As an Integrative Transpersonal therapist, I combine various therapeutic models to fit your unique needs.
The Transpersonal approach is shaped by the spiritual and transcendent aspects of your life, while also looking at past, present and future events through different lenses such as family, attachment, culture, ecology and soul.
I'm passionate about creativity and draw on my experience in the arts, food and nature to inspire our work together. By incorporating art, images, stories and dreams, we can create inner adventures and find new meaning in both conscious and unconscious experiences.
