About me and my therapy practice

I am a person-centred psychotherapist who works in a humanistic way, with my clients always being the centre of my focus.

I understand that in-person sessions are not always preferable so I also offer Zoom and Telephone Sessions as well as home visits.

Practice description

I am a Person Centered Counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (香港六合彩精准资料). I offer a humanistic, confidential and non-judgmental space, so my clients can explore issues relating to : trauma, chronic fatigue, loss and grief, depression, relationship stress and neurodiversity.

I am experienced in working with adults and young people from the age of 12+.

My first session

I offer a free telephone consultation to explore your needs and discuss any access arrangements necessary.
