About me and my therapy practice
I believe in a holistic approach to mental wellness. Although my core approach is client centered, non-judgmental, and empathetic, I integrate various therapeutic modalities to address your specific needs and goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions.
My focus is on the relationship between us, as for me, the emphasis is not on my role as an 'expert', but rather on the connection between me and you, my client. It is this rapport that better determines the outcome of therapy than any skill or tool that I may possess.
