About me and my therapy practice
As a Coach and Psychotherapist, I look to work with anyone seeking constructive support. I work with clients across a spectrum of experiences, from struggling to thriving, drawing on a breadth of skills to meet the needs of the person.
I believe in the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary approach. I have an MSc. in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy acquired over six years. I have worked in a variety of settings, online and in person, offering short-term, long-term, issue-specific and general therapeutic services. My Psychotherapy style involves creating a warm and personable environment in which we can collaborate to find what is important.
I believe in cultivating the positive as much as understanding the challenging. Through Coaching, I can help people discover and cultivate their sense of purpose. Blending a focus on strengths with addressing challenges, I aim to foster positive habits while dismantling outdated ones.
As a trained teacher, I believe meditation to be a dynamic tool which can aid this process, enhancing and reinforcing positive learning. It can help clients create and solidify new habits while also uncovering and challenging outdated patterns and information.
Engaging with the mind can be profoundly rewarding, yet it also presents unique challenges. To navigate this effectively, I believe in a compassion-based, science-informed and systematic approach. This approach is grounded in my core values of Respect, Responsibility, and Honesty.

Practice description
I work online. An initial consultation is £70, and regular appointments £100.

My first session
In the first session, we begin getting to know each other, establishing trust, and building a safe space for open dialogue.
During this time, I’ll start to gather important information about your history, experiences, and any goals you have. This helps me understand where you’re coming from and what’s most important to you. Equally, it’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, express concerns, and share your thoughts on what you hope to achieve.
The match between the practitioner and client is important to the success of the work. This can take time to clarify so there is no expectation of a commitment at the beginning.
