About me and my therapy practice
I can help you with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, stress, trauma, family & relationship issues. Together we can explore your feelings, discuss what you want to achieve, set goals & find pathways to get there.
I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours at your own pace. I work with individuals of diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures, offering an inclusive space for everyone.
Practice description
I am a compassionate and dedicated counsellor with experience in providing mental health support and guidance to individuals facing various challenges in their lives. I can help you by exploring your thoughts and feelings which develops self-awareness and understanding of yourself and your issues. I aim to help empower you to achieve your goals and find peace with who you are and what has been troubling you.
My experience has included working with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, family and relationship problems, phobias, low self-esteem, trauma, anger issues and many other kinds of psychological or emotional difficulty.
You can share openly with me, in a safe space away from the noise of the outside world. We will move at your pace and you will have freedom to talk about anything you need to, on order to make sense of the issue at hand.
My first session
Get in touch for a free no obligation 15 minute call to ask any questions you may have. This is a relaxed process where we can see if counselling is the right next step for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can take place face to face, online, or on the phone. I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions, which can be booked individually or with an individual subscription. We will discuss your preferences for the work during our initial call. If you decide to book a session we will complete a short assessment form together.
I offer open ended therapy which means we work together for as long as you feel it is beneficial to your life. Together we will explore your feelings to help find the answers you are looking for.
