I am a professional counselor from Hong Kong, born and raised in Hong Kong, currently residing in the United Kingdom. I have received professional counseling training, obtained a master's degree and multiple professional qualifications, and have accumulated over twenty years of clinical counseling experience.

For many years, I have carried the mission of "walking alongside others," earnestly helping those in various difficulties and troubled by emotions, empowering them with strength and support, letting them know they are not alone, and courageously guiding them out of their valleys.

Continuing this mission, I aim to provide professional online video counseling services for friends from different places, transcending geographical boundaries. Upholding the spirit of companionship, I hope to walk alongside those in need through professional counseling services, helping them gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their surroundings, discovering more inner and outer resources and viable paths, freeing themselves, and ultimately enjoying life more.

I hold multiple professional qualifications, including a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of South Australia, certificates in Child Play Therapy, Preschool Child Play, Rapid Deep Therapy for Depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marriage and Intimacy Counseling, and Bowen Family Systems Therapy.

I also have extensive professional training and am adept at quickly providing solutions and pathways tailored to the needs of those seeking counseling, drawing from years of accumulated experience. My expertise lies in addressing various individual emotional disorders, depression, various anxiety disorders, pre-marital counseling, romantic relationships, various marital issues and concerns, as well as family therapy, among others.

The first 15 minutes session is free, so I can know what are your needs and how I can help you.

Individual session is ?50 per 50 minutes 

Couple session is ?70 per 50 minutes
