About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Lucy, a compassionate counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges.
My approach to counselling is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that each person's journey is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way. In our sessions, I provide a supportive environment for self-exploration, growth, and healing.
As a counsellor, and parent of a neurodivergent child, I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, parents who are neurodiverse and those awaiting, or having received their diagnosis in adulthood, to navigate the intersection of your identity and the unique challenges faced in a neurotypical world.
I understand that life can be hectic, which is why I offer flexible options for sessions. Whether you prefer face-to-face meetings in a comfortable and confidential environment or the convenience of online sessions from the comfort of your own home, I'm committed to making therapy accessible and convenient for you.
My work extends beyond just adults; I also work with young people. Adolescence can be a tumultuous time filled with unique challenges, and I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for teenagers to explore their thoughts and emotions.
