Availability

I have availability in my practice. I work late afternoon, evenings and at weekends.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Gestalt therapist and I work relationally. I am a generalist therapist, although I do have some specialisms. 

These are: trauma, sexual abuse and domestic abuse, eating issues, and workplace issues. 

I have substantial experience of working with children and young people with autism.

Practice description

I offer face-to-face sessions or sessions on-line. Sessions are usually weekly and are for 50 minutes. 

I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist brings about the healing in the therapy. 

My first session

I will ask new clients to complete an assessment.

I can offer a free 30 minutes session on-line if the client would like that, prior to making a commitment to attend therapy sessions with me.
