About me and my therapy practice

I am a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ accredited Integrative counsellor with years of experience helping individuals, families, children and young people to navigate life's challenges. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity and relationship issues.

At times we can often feel confused, stressed, stuck, lost and exhausted, which in turn can make us feel overwhelmed. I can offer you a relaxed safe, calm and non judgmental space for you to have your counselling sessions. I believe as an Integrative Counsellor there is more than one approach that can help you in all situations.

As a counsellor, I will consider your circumstances and tailor make your sessions to adapt to your needs, using a wide range of different approaches to help you explore what's going on for you and how you might work with different coping mechanisms to support your journey moving forward.

I promote healing, wholeness and self- acceptance, with a focus on working through what might be limiting you moving forward. I will work alongside you to help support and explore positive pathways, developing greater self -compassion and strategies to help you thrive.

My first session

"Having therapy is your time to explore your story with a neutral professional in a safe place to talk about anything."

It is important for you as the client to have a connection with your counsellor and that you feel comfortable in the environment that you are going to have your sessions in. Within your first session with me you will be asked to have an initial assessment so that we can explore together what your focus might be and what your understanding of counselling looks like for you.
