Do you find yourself grappling with relationship issues or navigating the complexities of having a narcissistic parent? Are you struggling to set boundaries and seeking clarity in your life and relationships?
Imagine taking control of your life, shedding the weight of guilt, and envisioning healthy, fulfilling relationships. This is where I step in.
I am a compassionate Psychodynamic Counsellor, specialising in client-led therapy, placing you at the heart of the process. My approach involves exploring your past experiences, thoughts, and behaviours, understanding their origins, and creating a roadmap toward the person you aspire to be and a brighter future.
I primarily work with individual clients presenting with issues in relationships, attachment, and the impacts of narcissism. I am also a member of The Foundation for Infant Loss. I am passionate about relationships - with ourselves and others and how this is detrimental to our health and well-being.
Practice description

In my practice, I foster a safe, confidential space for you to delve into present circumstances, make connections, and move forward with clarity. I believe in building a trusting therapeutic relationship, ensuring your journey is validated, and you feel at the centre of your growth.
I offer support in various areas, employing psychodynamic techniques focusing on attachment figures, present experiences, and subconscious exploration. This approach allows you to understand your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, empowering you to reshape your self-perception and pave the way for a more fulfilling life.
With experience in the NHS Staff Wellbeing Service and an addiction recovery charity in Staffordshire, I have assisted individuals dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges (including narcissistic dynamics), work-life balance, and more.
I offer flexible counselling options, including online, telephone, and face-to-face sessions across Staffordshire—Cheadle and Uttoxeter.
Passionate about workplace well-being, I extend my services to employers aiming to enhance employee health and productivity. I believe in empowering individuals to drive organisational success.
Take the first step towards a brighter future with my guidance—empowering you to transform your life and relationships.
