About me and my therapy practice
Hello my name is Jen and I am a fully qualified therapist with a level 4 diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling. I love counselling and have a genuine passion for the work I do. I offer my clients a friendly, confidential, supportive space to help them to explore their inner thoughts and understand their feelings.
I am non-judgmental and have experience in working with all age groups from all different backgrounds. I specialize in working with neurodiverse children and young people and I also enjoy working with adults.
I work with different theoretical approaches, depending on the client鈥檚 needs. Which is under pinned by my person-centered approach. When required, I also use my experience in mental health training to provide my clients with helpful tips that they can use to manage anxiety/negative thoughts.
