My first session

I offer a FREE initial 15-minute consultation, where I can tell you a little bit more about what counselling may feel like, and an opportunity for you to ask questions.


Session fees (50 minutes):

  • Adult therapy: £50
  • Children/Young people therapy: £50
  • Relationships therapy: £70


A concession fee is available for a limited number of clients. Please contact me to discuss fees. I am happy to help with making therapy more affordable for you.

Longer sessions are available upon request.
