About me and my therapy practice
Before we can begin working together, I offer a brief 15-minute telephone consultation. This allows us to assess where you are, if I can provide the help you need, and if we are a good therapeutic fit.

My passion for helping others has led me to work with organisations dedicated to supporting those affected by domestic violence and abuse, where I witnessed first hand the transformative potential of therapy.

Practice description
I offer online and telephone counselling. Online/telephone counselling offers a convenient and accessible way to receive support that may align with your preferences. It provides a less intense and more relaxed setting, eliminating the need for travel and allowing you to engage in sessions from the comfort of your own home or preferred space.
This flexibility ensures that you can focus on your well-being without the added stress of commuting or being in an unfamiliar environment, making online counselling a preferred choice for many.
My first session
Before we can begin working together, I offer a brief 15-minute telephone consultation. This allows us to assess where you are, if I can provide the help you need, and if we are a good therapeutic fit. If we are both happy to work together, then we can arrange a time to meet that is convenient for you.
During our first session I will usually do a client assessment form where I gather more information from you and we can go through the form together. This allows me to get a clearer picture of where you are at the moment and also a clear picture on what your expectations are from counselling. It allows me to get more information about your background and what is going on currently.
