About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Therapist. This means that I support individuals in therapy using more than one therapeutic approach [ Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person-centred Approach] to support individuals from ages 16 and above. I also provide couples with mediation and counselling support. I also do mentoring.
As an individual, I am a warm, compassionate and a keen listener. Rehoboth which is the name of my business means "open space" in its original Hebrew context.
As individuals, we are not able to change the past, to significant events that have contributed to our negative life experiences, but what we can do is shape how the past affects our present and our future. We recognise that going to therapy can be challenging and unfamiliar for some people.
Therefore I hope to create an environment that empowers you to focus on your therapeutic journey without feeling limited or judged. This space can be used in times of crisis when something unexpected happens or when you find yourself struggling and feeling overwhelmed.
We specialise in supporting individuals dealing with different traumas and abuse including childhood traumas, relationship issues, work-related issues, self-esteem and low mood, anxiety, marital challenges, anger management, living with health challenges, bereavement, parent carers difficulties, self-harm, suicide, post-traumatic stress, family conflict/dynamic including blended families

Practice description
At Rehoboth Therapy and Mentoring Services, we believe the journey to recovery is central to achieving the therapy goal. We also believe each individual is unique which means no two journeys are the same.
I work online, face to face and over the phone and when you first get in touch with me, the first thing I focus on is to work collaboratively with you to earn your trust which will help us establish a good working (therapeutic) relationship. I am relational-minded.
We will work together in a safe space where you can share your experiences and talk through complex and difficult emotions openly and in an honest manner without feeling judged. Also, in this safe space, you can work at your own pace, you will be respected and confidentiality will be maintained.
I have experience in delivering therapy and support online, face-to-face, and over the phone which has been effective so far.
My first session
I recognise that going to therapy can be challenging and unfamiliar for some people. To see whether we could be a good fit before committing to working together, I provide a free 30-minute phone conversation. This is your chance to ask me questions about therapy, give me a brief outline of how you would like to use it, and together we can determine whether I would be the ideal therapist for you. After that, there will be an assessment during our first meeting. The structure of this session will be a little different from the others. I will ask you a few personal questions so we can talk about your goals for therapy.
