I offer professional and confidential counselling services to help you navigate life's challenges. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards a happier and healthier life.
Practice description
I am an integrative therapist which means that I draw from different types of therapy and tailor it to your individual needs. I am passionate about my work and dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals.
I offer therapy in English and Polish.
I love my job and I feel very honoured to be able to witness how people's life change through therapy and how my clients grow in confidence. I encourage self-compassion in all my work with my clients to support resilience and self-worth.

My first session
I offer either a free 15 min consultation face to face or online or introductory 50 minutes session at reduced rate of 拢30.
During this session we can get to know each other a little more and see if we are a good fit.
