Why Choose Counseling?

Life can be overwhelming, and seeking help with Counselling will offer you a confidential and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whatever you are dealing with, counselling can provide the tools and insights needed for positive change. If you're ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth, I'm here to help and your emotional well-being will be my top priority.

Together we will:

Understanding Your Emotions: Gain insights into your feelings and behaviors.

Achieving Personal Growth: Identify and pursue your life goals.

If that sounds like something you would like to do then please do get in touch.

I am often asked what are the benefits of counselling so below I have listed a few:

Confidential Support: A private space to share and heal.

Improved Mental Health: Tools to manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other issues.

Empowerment: Enhanced self-awareness and confidence to make positive changes.

Better Relationships: Skills to foster healthier and more fulfilling interactions all around you.

Invest in your well-being. Reach out today and I will support you with your next steps towards a happier and healthier you.

Practice description

Please reach out to me via either telephone or email and we can plan a 20 minute introductory call so that you can find out more about what I can offer you and allow you to have time to ask all the questions on your mind before deciding whether to go ahead and book an appointment.

My first session

Here are a few answers to some questions you might have which might help you take the next step.

What can I expect from a session?

In our counselling sessions, you have the freedom to openly share your thoughts and emotions without the fear of judgement or rejection, whenever you are ready to. I strive to create a secure, caring, and respectful environment gently encouraging your personal exploration.

By incorporating a variety of approaches, techniques, and theories, I can tailor our sessions to better address your specific needs

How many sessions should I expect to have?

Initially we can plan a call or zoom to allow time for you to see whether you would like to work together and ask any questions you may have.

If we go ahead for a full session, then we will start by discussing your requirements and establish what you would like to achieve in more depth.

One of the most important things to know about our sessions is that we will always work at the pace that feels most comfortable for you. We can plan to work together for a period of time or take it week by week - both options are available to you.
