About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified counsellor, I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions at your own pace. My role is to support you in finding your own path towards healing and growth, as I believe you are the expert in your own life.
I have extensive experience working with clients with a range of difficulties, including addiction and recovery. Understanding the complexities of addiction, I can offer you a supportive environment where you can address underlying issues and work towards sustainable change. My work in this area is deeply routed in empathy, understanding and a commitment to helping you regain control of your life.
In addition to my work in addiction and recovery, I also provide counselling through a private healthcare service. This allows me to offer flexible, confidential support tailored to your individual needs, whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self esteem, or life transitions.
In our sessions, I aim to create a warm empathetic environment where you feel heard, understood, safe and respected. My commitment to work alongside you helping you tap into your inner resources and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or simply want to explore your feelings. I am here to listen and support you on your journey to greater self awareness and emotional well-being.

I offer online counselling providing flexible and accessible support. Online sessions are conducted via a secure platform ensuring your privacy is always protected. This allows you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to fit sessions into your busy life.
During our online sessions, you can expect the same level of care and attention as in person meetings. I will create a warm, empathetic environment where you can feel safe to express yourself openly. The flexibility of online therapy means we can work together at times that are most convenient to you, exploring your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. With a focus on your unique experience and needs. My role is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and to empower you to make choices that align with your own personal values and goals.

My first session
I understand that choosing a counsellor is an important decision, and I want to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in starting your therapeutic journey with me. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what you're looking to achieve through therapy.
During this consultation we can talk about your concerns, explore how my person centred approach might work for you and answer any questions you may have about the process. This time is yours to share what is on your mind and to see if you feel comfortable with my style and approach.
