Practice description
I have experience helping clients with depression and anxiety, anger management, family conflicts and relationships, trauma and abuse and coping with grief and loss.
I am a fully trained integrative therapist, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centered, and CBT. This allows me to tailor my approach to suit your needs.
I am currently working as a therapist in the prison setting.
