About me and my therapy practice
If you’re facing strained relationships, coping with stress or anxiety, or feeling stuck and seek an impartial ear, you’ll find me a warm and respectful counsellor who genuinely wants to hear your story.
As a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered integrative counsellor I believe in building a trusting, collaborative relationship with sessions centred around you and your needs.
Practice description
You will have time and space to express yourself openly and be accepted for your uniqueness. We’ll work at your pace to understand what you want to achieve from counselling and the challenges you face. I aim to help you recognise that your emotions serve a purpose and that there is a reason behind how you feel.
By sharing your story, I’ll help you rediscover your inner self. Together, we’ll explore behavioural patterns and past experiences that limit your ability to take charge of your life. Our goal is to empower you to make informed life choices that sit comfortably with your values as the person you are today. From there we’ll develop coping strategies that promote positive change and healthier decisions.
I know how hard it is to open up and ask for help. Regardless of the challenges, feeling uncertain about where to begin is normal. Be assured I am here to give you the support you need.
Through a career in higher education, and as a qualified massage therapist, I understand the impact of emotional, mental, and physical pain on overall well-being. This insight enriches my counselling practice and optimises the support I offer.

My first session
I offer an informal fifteen-minute phone chat so you can assess if my approach fits your needs, and determine if we can work together effectively.
I will take a more detailed personal history to understand your motivation to seek support and your desired objectives. Based on this insight, we will collaboratively decide whether a short-term (8-12 weeks) or open-ended counselling approach is most suitable.
