About me and my therapy practice
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ
I am a qualified and registered psychotherapist with experience working within the charity sector and in private practice. I have worked with children and families for many years, which has given me a deep understanding of childhood experiences and how they carry through into adult life. Through this I have developed great empathy and understanding of the struggles and overwhelming feelings one has when thinking about their past and present life experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I have helped my clients gain greater understanding of themselves, identify the past and present links and enabled them to make sense of them, and work with them in the present moment.
I offer a warm and trusting environment to help you feel comfortable expressing what's on your mind. I know how unpredictable and confusing life can be, as we move through life, we can face many different challenges.
