About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred therapist. Person-centred therapy hinges on the notion that the client knows best what they need. I offer a safe place for clients to explore their issues, whilst receiving support and acceptance, so that they can find their own way to being happier. I offer empathy and acceptance, no matter who you are, so that you can work on your problems in a safe, comfortable environment.
Practice description
I prefer to work in-person, but am also available online. I invite you, the client, to lead our sessions. You best know what you would like to work on, so I will follow your lead. I do not set homework, but you are free to continue to explore content between sessions at your own pace.
