I am a qualified integrative counsellor who has worked both with the NHS and in private practice. I have experience in working with people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life, with a wide range of issues. ​
As a counsellor, I go at your pace, providing a space in which we can get to know one another in a safe and non-judgemental space. While much of my practice is person-centred, based on the idea that you are the expert on your own life, I also draw on aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy in order to help bring about lasting change.

In our first session, we talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. These goals may evolve over time, but we will review progress regularly together and adapt accordingly.
