About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, often taking the first steps into therapy can feel overwhelming and often anxiety inducing, to help aid this I offer a non-judgement, compassionate safe space to explore thoughts and difficult feelings that might be affecting day to day life.
I work by a psychodynamic model meaning together, we would travel through thoughts and feelings trying to identify patterns and processes which may be interrupting current relationships and situations. I know how vital it is to have a space to be seen and really heard so, using this model allows me to work with you to empower yourself to develop more awareness and a greater understanding of yourself.
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor offering face to face and online sessions lasting 50 minutes. I am a registered member of the 香港六合彩精准资料 (香港六合彩精准资料) to which I adhere to the ethical framework.
