My approach
As an integrative therapist, I apply my knowledge of a range of theoretical approaches to suit the individual relationship.
My work is chiefly influenced by humanistic and existential thinking. I have a particular interest in 'inner-child' work and shame.
I value the client/therapist relationship and create an environment of empathy - free of judgement. I encourage clients to bring themselves and to know that any aspect of their self, history, or experience - even the bits they don’t like - are welcome.
I believe that with the right support we all have the resources to reflect on what is it important to us and find a new perspective and better understanding of our lives. This can bring about psychological as well as physical change.
About me and my therapy practice
Integrative therapist MÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ. Currently studying for a Masters in Existential Psychotherapy.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to explore difficulties with a collaborative approach to suit the individual client.
It can be daunting looking for the right therapist; as such, I offer all clients an initial phone call to find out if we'd be a good fit to work together.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, lost, having problems in relationships, feeling depressed and/or anxious - or just not feeling 'right'.
I aim to support clients in opening up their world to more possibility and different perspectives.
Possible benefits of therapy:
- clarity
- a new perspective
- letting go of shame and self-judgement
- becoming at ease with anxiety
- accepting life's limitations while embracing choice
- a greater sense of resilience and trust in oneself
- a deeper understanding of past experience and future possibility
Together, we can explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behaviour that may impact on our sense of self and wellbeing.
I believe that our early experience in life is informative and that an exploration of the different parts of ourselves - and our world - can lead to therapeutic change.
Training, qualifications & experience
Trained and qualified in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling (Level 4 Dip - CPCAB). Presently undergoing further professional studies, studying for a Masters in Existential Psychotherapy Studies ( Middlesex University).

About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out can be hard and life’s difficulties are rarely easily understood.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, confused, experiencing difficulties in relationships, feeling depressed and/or anxious, or just not feeling 'right'.
I am an experienced therapist, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ member and am currently expanding my professional studies on an MSC in Existential Psychotherapy at Middlesex University.
I encourage a collaborative approach where we explore your concerns and experiences; things that feel hard, beliefs about yourself and what it’s like to be in relationship to those around you.
In dialogue, we can contextualise these thoughts and feelings and notice things that might be hiding in the periphery of your awareness.
I encouragement a movement away from judgement and blame towards a greater self-awareness and clarity where choices become clear. Without self-awareness, we can feel trapped in our situation and stuck in cycles that no longer serve us.
A sense of low self-worth, shame and a critical inner-voice can hold us back from understanding our concerns. In therapy, we listen to these parts and find out what they need and what they're afraid of.
Whatever your situation, it can be helpful to talk things through with someone neutral and objective in a safe and confidential space. I aim to support clients with a down-to-earth approach in opening up their world to more possibility and different perspectives.
My approach is relational therefore I reflect back what you bring and believe in a relationship where the client has autonomy in the process of therapy.
Possible benefits of therapy:
- clarity
- an acceptance of multiple perspectives
- letting go of shame, self-judgement and the bullying inner-critic
- becoming at ease with anxiety and feeling it less often
- developing skills to understand and improve relationships
- embracing choice, personal freedom and autonomy
- a greater sense of resilience and trust in oneself
- a deeper understanding of past experience and future possibility

You might be feeling overwhelmed, confused, experiencing difficulties in relationships, feeling depressed and/or anxious, or just not feeling 'right'.
We often present with feelings and thoughts that we don't fully understand. Therapy is a place to find out what's going on and how we can move forward.
My therapeutic approach will offer you a supportive, non-judgemental, safe and reflective environment in which to explore the difficulties you are experiencing and the resulting emotions that arise. Over time, you will have the opportunity to gain a much deeper understanding of yourself, which will also bring increased clarity to other relationships.
