About me and my therapy practice
Whatever you are going through you do not have to be alone with it. I offer a nurturing, accepting and confidential space to talk about you, a space that allows you the time to share your own story and a space necessary for healing.
I am a Person-Centred therapist which means I work from the understanding that you are the expert in your own life and I will do my best to ensure you feel truly seen, heard and supported as you explore whatever is troubling you and find your own way forward. You will always be at the centre of the work we both do together.
I have experience with, and an interest in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and addiction and substance misuse. I also have experience with peri-natal mental health, supporting new mums with young babies and toddlers.
I embrace difference, diversity and identity be it racial, cultural, sexual or gender-based.
My first session
Please feel free to email me if you would like to know more or ask any questions. Prior to beginning our work together, I offer a complementary consultation. This allows us time to explore together if we are a good match and whether I can offer you a service that is the right one for you. We will then arrange a time that is suitable to meet on a weekly basis.
Ongoing therapeutic sessions for outdoor therapy are £70.00. A therapeutic hour is 50 minutes to an hour. I offer discount rates to students, trainee counsellors, low income households and parents on maternity/paternity leave.

Practice description
I offer face-to-face sessions in West Norwood and Crystal Place and online therapy via Zoom. As well as this I believe in the benefits of taking therapy outdoors into nature and making the most of the parks that are on our doorsteps in London. I provide outdoor therapy (walk and talk therapy) in Brockwell Park (SE24) and Crystal Palace Park (SE20).
