About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page and thank you for taking the time to read about what I can offer and how it works.
If you are finding life difficult and not knowing where to turn for help, I can offer a therapeutic space and support you in finding answers and solutions to these issues, or it may be that having a space for you is enough.
The way that I work is Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT, (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in other words I am an Integrative Counsellor who uses the most appropriate or a blend of these therapies.

Depending on what you want and need the therapy may be long or short term, I do regular reviews which enables you to decide this.
As a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered member MÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ and trained in all listed therapies I follow the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ Ethical Framework, which ensures I am working within these guidelines.

My personal and professional background contributes to being able to offer the skills of listening, being non-judgemental to a wider group of clients, who are of a different race, sex, sexual identical, cultures and religions.
I have many years experience of working with addictions and families of addicts.
OCD behaviours, anxiety and low self-esteem.
Abuse and relationships problems.
I also have over 20 years advising clients on new career paths and blocks to reaching them.
You have taken the first step to getting help and I look forward to hearing from you.
Practice description
My practice is in the centre of Bromley where I have a private room. There is parking near by and excellent links by train and bus. The location is discreet and easy to find. There is a reception area with a receptionist and a place to have a coffee or tea before or after. The room is decorated in a natural manner and there are comfortable chairs.
My first session
If you have had counselling before you will know how it works, but if this is new to you, I’ll explain how it works.
You can contact me by email and I will reply within 48 hours by email to arrange an initial consultation call for about 15 minutes, which is free.
