About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm and confidential space for you to navigate life's challenges, and find your path to personal growth and well-being. You may be going through a difficult period in your life, experiencing a conflicted state of mind, or not feeling like yourself.  We will work together to find a therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs.

Whether you're dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, stress, issues with relationships or self-esteem, my goal is to empower you to rediscover your inner strengths so you can begin a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.

Practice description

I am a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ-registered counselling psychologist with a doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology. I base my practice on psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural therapeutic approaches. This means we can focus on not only exploring your present-day challenges but also events from your past. We can explore how your past experiences may be influencing your current life and relationships, and begin discovering ways of moving forward that are in line with your personal values.

My first session

The first step is to contact me through this website to book a consultation appointment. This is a 50-minute introduction session to discuss what you're looking for in therapy and to get a sense of how we would work together. I offer this session at a concessionary rate of £50. I'm also happy to have a free telephone call if you'd like to clarify any questions.

Following the consultation, if we decide to continue, therapy may be short-term or long-term. I usually suggest a minimum of 6 sessions in order to give the therapy process the opportunity to develop.
