About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, lost or confused. Maybe you don’t know what is going on, but you can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right and it’s beginning to take over your day to day life and block any enjoyment. Sometimes we feel stuck in a place that we just can’t move forward from, and there’s no end in sight. Even with support from friends and family there can be times when it just doesn’t feel right to say how you really feel for fear of hurting their feelings or not being understood.

Using a Person-Centred approach to work on the matters that you feel are the most important. Whether you'd like to identify better coping techniques, improve your understanding of what is going on for you, improve your self-esteem, or overcome feelings such as hopelessness, grief, or shame to name a few, I can offer you a warm, compassionate, and confidential space.

Practice description
