About me and my therapy practice

I work online or in person. I use integrative counselling consisting of person centred, cbt skills and pyschoeducational. I prefer to work with what is suitable per client rather than a blanket approach to ensure my clients get the most from the sessions that I can offer.

Practice description

I believe in exploring together what could be affecting your current life. This could be trauma, emotional, behavioural, addiction or self worth/confidence issues which are affecting your day to day life.

My first session

We will discuss first what your presenting issue is, see if we therapeutically connect as I want any client I work with to feel comfortable to discuss openly with me what is affecting them. I provide a nonjudgmental confidential safe space in every session.
